StrideVive product return policy
This policy explains how StrideVive handles returns and exchanges for items described on kryxelondhik.world, including electrolyte sticks, calf sleeves, and the pacing journal when those goods are sold directly or through named partners.
Eligible items
Products must be unused, in original sealed packaging, and free from wear caused by outdoor testing unless a defect was documented at delivery.
Electrolyte stick boxes must contain an unbroken safety seal. Calf sleeves must show attached tags. Journals must not include handwritten entries if you seek a full refund.
Return window
StrideVive accepts qualifying returns initiated within thirty calendar days of the delivery timestamp shown on the carrier record for customers in the United States.
If a partner offers a longer window in writing, that partner policy controls for transactions processed solely through their checkout.
How to start a return
Email the studio inbox using the published username, include your order identifier, list the items you wish to return, and describe whether packaging remained sealed.
StrideVive replies with a return merchandise authorization when your request meets policy rules, along with the Waldorf studio or warehouse address for shipment.
Shipping costs for returns
Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or missing components that StrideVive verifies through photos or carrier scans.
Keep tracking numbers until your refund or exchange closes so both sides can trace the package.
Refunds
Approved refunds return to the original payment method when possible. Processing may take five to ten business days after the warehouse inspects the goods.
Shipping charges from the original outbound delivery are non-refundable unless StrideVive shipped the wrong item or a documented defect triggered the return.
Exchanges
Size exchanges for calf sleeves depend on warehouse stock. If your size is unavailable, StrideVive may offer a refund or alternate product credit of equal value.
Electrolyte flavor substitutions follow the same rule set when stock allows.
Non-returnable situations
Opened electrolyte sticks cannot be resold for quality reasons. Opened journals with writing are not eligible for full refunds though partial store credit may be offered at StrideVive discretion.
Items purchased from unauthorized resellers are not covered by this policy.
Damaged or lost shipments
Report carrier damage within seven days of delivery with photographs of the outer carton and affected items. StrideVive coordinates with carriers when insurance applies.
Lost packages require a carrier investigation before StrideVive can reship or refund.
Restocking
StrideVive may charge a restocking fee on bundle returns when partial items are missing, not to exceed fifteen percent of the item value, disclosed before you ship goods back.
